Bad Pond Festival comes to The Arch, Brighton at the end of the month (Fri 27 – Sat 28 April), and has just released a 22-track sampler free to download to get you in the groove before the big weekend.
A project lead by Small Pond, a young music company centred in the recording and rehearsal studio complex in Brighton, presents Bad Pond Festival 2018.
The festival is set to take over both rooms at the iconic seafront club, an increased size up for the festival since its success over the last two years.
Combining a selection of the Small Pond Crews favourite established and up-coming bands. The line-up ranges from experimental rock international groups including TTNG, Delta Sleep, Slabdragger, to psychedelic jazz-inflected dream pop from rising Bristolian band Cousin Kula, and hyper groove merchants Suffer Like G Did, just to name a few.
To add to the line up include, folk-inspired quad Wild Cat Strike, heavy rockers InTechnicolour, mysterious misfits The Brackish, and many more interestingly surprising acts.
In the lead up to the festival, Small Pond has released a free teaser sampler available to download to get you ready for a weekend filled with your favourite headliners and exciting new music. Songs include: Whatever, Whatever – TTNG, Calypso – The Physics House Band, Evacuate! – Slabdragger and many more.
