Veterans Brewing Sussex launches in Brighton

Owned, run and supporting ex-servicemen, Veterans Brewing Sussex launches at Brighton The Cricketers pub, on Mon 19 Feb. In attendance will be  local Veterans, a group from Blind Veterans UK based in Ovingdean, and Lloyd Russell-Moyle MP for Brighton Kemptown and Peacehaven.

Veterans Brewing Sussex Ltd was this year as part of the Veterans Brewing Ltd Family. Itself established on Armistice Day 2014. The UK’s first craft brewery owned by, run by, and supporting veterans.

Veterans Brewing Sussex director Will Farmer himself was born in Brighton, always living in the city apart from six years in the British Army. He served with Sussex’s local Infantry regiment – The Princess of Wales Royal Regiment (The Tigers) 1st Battalion and was based in Germany. During his service he was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan and worked at the Olympics just before leaving in 2012.

Currently Veterans Brewing has two live products which I’ve attached, we have a Golden Ale and an Amber Ale, with a lager and cider coming in the near future.
