Dizzee Rascal has been confirmed as the third and final headliner for Wild Life 2017. Also announced is performances by festival creators Disclosure and Rudimental with Stormzy, Clean Bandit and J Hus completing the bill.
They will join previously announced artists Jess Glynne, Fatboy Slim, Chaka Khan, Zara Larsson, Wiley, Andy C, Giggs and Pete Tong.
Dizzee Rascal, a UK rapper and grime pioneer, will take to the Wild Life Main stage on Saturday to perform a career spanning set. The Mercury prize winner shot to fame in 2003 with the legendary ‘Boy in the Corner’ and this paved the way to his international stardom.
Disclosure will be performing a back to back set with Armand Van Helden, while Rudimental are to play a DJ set.
Following his epic performance with Ed Sheeran at the BRITS last night, acclaimed grime legend and multi-MOBO winning artist Stormzy makes a highly-anticipate appearance at the festival. Following the release of his Gang Signs and Prayer album this Friday, it’s set to be a huge year for the star.
Clean Bandit, the Grammy Award winning three piece, were also announced today. The UK chart topping group are the final act to be announced for Friday night. They’re sure to play a set to get the crowd singing through their numerous top ten hits.
J Hus is London’s newest MC, bringing his afrobeats and reggae rhythms to Friday night’s Tropical Stage. My Nu Leng, an electronic duo from Bristol, will be playing their dancefloor focussed sets to the WHP Presents Stage.
Kopparberg Urban Forest stage has announced its headliners set to play throughout the weekend. These include Bondax, Shadow Child, DJ Zinc, Low Steppa, Kideko and Enzo Siffredi.
The event will take place Fri 9 – Sat 10 June at Brighton City Airport for its third year of musical magic.
