Be it a lazy afternoon brunch, or an enchanting evening under the magical lights, diners can enjoy the tantalizing Mediterranean-inspired menu paired with a delicious ABBA-themed cocktail for the ultimate summer escape.
The new brunch menu boasts a variety of delicious dishes that are sure to delight food enthusiasts.
Including the popular – ‘Eggs in Purgatory’ featuring two egg poached in a spicy tomato sauce, and creamy feta, served with flatbread or focaccia. Another must-try dish is the Crispy Belly Pork, which is pan-fried belly pork served with black pudding and potato rosti, fried egg, crunchy chilli oil, pickles, and rocket. And for something truly unique, foodies are invited to try the Timpana, a Maltese pasta pie made with beef and pork in a rich tomato sauce, with pasta and parmesan, wrapped in puff pastry. And that’s not all – Arcobaleno also has a number of delicious full fry-up options, including a fully vegan option.

The restaurant’s brunch menu will run from Tuesday – Sunday between 10 am – 4 pm, which includes weekends (to help combat some of those feisty hangovers from the night before.) Advance bookings are recommended, especially for weekend Brunch sittings.
Arcobaleno is also proud to be completely wheelchair accessible as a venue with side access to the beer garden, and disabled toilets located on the ground floor.
