Join Sh!t Theatre’s sing-a-long original version of a this classic and relive your childhood with sing-song of the greatest Christmas films of all time. Back by popular demand after last year’s Christmas sellout, Sh!t Theatre is back to fill Marlborough Theatre with laughter and seasonal joy. Made up of Louise Mothersole and Becca Biscuit, these award-winners and major muppet fans, are here for you to witness laughter, redemption and singing food. With free whiskey and goody bags, plus a special guest performance by a surprise local artist, what’s not to enjoy. And of course, muppet virgins are also welcome.

Join as the spell-bound of Christmas comes centre stage as showbiz legend Derek Daniels and a majorly seasonally silly, slightly Shakespearean game of musical bingo comes to the Marlborough Theatre. It really is Much Ado About Crimbo. Derek will be singing a musical medley of festive classics, dropping a few well-known Shakespearean quotes in an attempt to retell the traditional Christmas story of the Nativity. Joining Derek onstage will be his old showbiz sidekick and loving friend Ronnie Hazelnut on the piano. Get your competitive shoes on! Listen out for the songs and quotes you hear, tick them off your bingo card and challenge your friends to win the Full House to claim a prize from under the tree.

This month’s Smiley Sunday serves as the closing party of a fun day, held in aid of TIA Volunteers. This amazing charity was set up to work with animal conservation projects and communities in Africa.
This excellent comedy night is also about to hit double figures and will be celebrating in hilarious style. They’ll have a fab raffle and happy hour prices at the bar all night, as well as buy 1 get 1 free cocktails! They’ll also be the finest local talent to keep ypu smiling all night, including the comic talents of Rob Dumbrell, Will Preston, Hassan Dervish, Karen Blott, Matt Nicholson, and David “Riggs” Regan, plus headliner and South Coast Comedian of the Year 2015 – Joe Foster! All of this is being kept together by the wonderous skills of compere Brodi Snook! Admission is only £3, and all proceeds will be going to TIA Volunteers.

Back with a show that’s quickly selling out, The Scummy Mummies Christmas Show is deemed to be an evening of festive laughs and fun for less-than-perfect parents. With four children between them, video games journalist and aspiring stand-up comedian, Ellie Gibson and comedian Helen Thorn are ‘scummy’ mums, setting out to bring laughter and share embarrassing stories with audiences. There is set to be scummy carols, yuletide sketches, festive stand-up and jokey Santa stories. Winner of the 2011 ITV1 series Show Me The Funny which led to his DVD Patrick Monahan Live, Patrick has been on the seen for a number of years now and is a favourite amongst many. His comedic style is a mix of high-energy and engaging topical and observational conversation.
In his latest tour, Patrick begins comparing life as an Irish/Iranian immigrant teenager during the 1990’s. Growing up it was obvious that Patrick found himself on the fence, trying to blend in with all other teenagers but ended up with all the other ethnic groups. Using his personal experiences, with emotive subjects, he directs it against sharp hilarious moments. It’s one not to miss.
