Big Fish Little Fish, the award-winning crew who started the whole Family Rave movement are bringing another fabulous party to Brighton’s Stanmer House on Sat 21st April from 2-4pm.
Their DJ is local legend and Jungle Cakes MVP, Ed Solo. This Brighton-based DJ and producer has worked with Krafty Kuts and Beardyman – and will be playing an old-skool Jungle and Drum n Bass set.
As well as a dancefloor complete with giant balloons, bubble machines and confetti cannons, ravers can look forward to craft tables, colouring mural, baby chill out zone, outdoor playground, face-painting stall, food and a bar for the adults.
This time, their fancy dress theme is – “Flower Power”.
BFLF are four-time winners of the Fantastic For Families audience choice award, have played venues as diverse as Glastonbury, Selfridges Oxford St, The V&A, The Scala in King’s Cross, Camp Bestival, London LGBT Pride, The National Gallery and Fire/Lightbox.
DJs who have previously played BFLF include Terry Farley, Hatcha, Plastician, Slipmatt, Hot Chip, Portishead’s Andy Smith, Heavenly Jukebox, 2 Bad Mice, Aphrodite and Tom Middleton.
Big Fish Little Fish put on between four and seven parties around the whole of the UK every weekend, and recently launched to great acclaim in Australia – covering Sydney, Melbourne, The Gold Coast and Brisbane.
