Brighton Fringe are on the lookout for a young artist to design the cover for their 2020 Family Guide. Previous winners have created inventive and inspiring artworks printed on 70,000 copies of the guide, which is distributed throughout Brighton & Hove and beyond.

To be in with a chance to win, children under 12 years should create a piece of original artwork inspired by this year’s tagline; ‘Dive In’. Designs can incorporate this theme in any way – but must not include local landmarks (i.e. Royal Pavilion, Brighton Palace Pier, i360).

The winner’s artwork will be printed on the front of 70,000 copies of the Brighton Fringe Family Guide and they will win £200 to spend on tickets at Brighton Fringe 2020. They will also receive a Gold Friends of Brighton Fringe membership entitling them to 2 for 1 offers on events and many more benefits. Three runners-up will win two tickets to a Brighton Fringe children’s show of their choice.

“Brighton Fringe is all about giving people a platform to make things happen,” said Brighton Fringe  CEO, Julian Caddy. “It is a catalyst, a conduit for every possible kind of creative work to take place.  It, therefore, makes for the greatest ‘pool’ of talent in the country, in one place, at the same time, and we invite the public to immerse themselves, to dive into what is on offer.”
