Get ready for the 7th Brighton Tattoo Convention happening at the heart of the city right on the beachfront. The Hilton Brighton Metropole will play host to the convention for its second year on the 15th and 16th February, providing visitors with access to some of the best tattoo artists around the world.

It will also showcase some of the best talent right here on our own doorstep highlighted here and in our exclusive fashion spread.

Situated on North Road, Angelic Hell Tattoo Brighton first opened its doors in 1996 and consistently provides innovative and high quality custom tattooing. Their tattoo artists specialise in a broad range of styles and are proud to work alongside guest artists such as Bara (True Love, Madrid) and Craig Kelly (India Street Tattoo, Belfast).

Established in May 2012, Gilded Cage Tattoo Studio is the home of tattooists James Robinson, Hannah Keuls, Paco Casero and Will Thompson.
There is a beautiful boutique shop on the ground floor featuring items from local artists James Sawyer and Eaton Nott. They also sell a wide range of prints, homewares, gifts and jewellery.

Now run by Mick J, Blue Dragon Tattoo Studio on North Road are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year and are known as the longest established studio in Brighton. They have award-winning resident and guest artists that have a wide range of experience to cover all aspects of design for customers.

Adrian Stacey works at Nine Tattoo Studio on Boyce’s Street and produces talented work that reflects his continuous study of traditional Japanese tattoos but also branches out into other areas of design. Ade has been tattooing now for fourteen years. He also helped to organise the Valentine Art Show happening at the convention in aid of Cancer Research UK.
