YouTube star Mikey Pearce is set to open his second Clean Kitchen Club site in Brighton on Sat 25 July at Shelter Hall Raw. The announcement of Clean Kitchen Club’s expansion comes just four weeks after opening his first Brighton delivery only kitchen.
“We’ve sold out of our most popular burgers almost every day since opening and need to open a second site to keep up with the incredible demand,” said Pearce. “The team and I are excited to bring a new site to Brighton and we couldn’t think of any better home than Shelter Hall Raw. We’re currently looking at how we can develop our menu and will be launching a number of new and exciting plant-based treats for everyone to enjoy.”

Signature dishes include:
- Clean Burger (£9.50) – Homemade patty, lettuce, tomato, gherkin, vegan cheese, vegan mayo and ketchup
- Cheat ‘N’ Clean (£11.50) – Double homemade patty, homemade mushroom bacon, double vegan cheese, lettuce, tomato, vegan mayo and ketchup
- Buffalo Burger (£9.50) – THIS isn’t chicken, buffalo sauce, vegan cheese, fresh dill, vegan mayo, lettuce and tomato
- Loaded Fries (£6.00) – Sriracha mayo crushed peanuts, toasted sesame, crispy onions and melted vegan cheese
- Vegan Snickers (£5.00)
