They’ve given us pizza, Mexican, burgers and cocktails, but now it’s time for Seven Dials’ foodie pop-up, Polygon, to offer the taste of the Middle East to its customers.
The team behind Fava, this week’s curators, has worked in the Brighton food scene for many years, perfecting their exotic dishes using the best local, sustainable ingredients.
Now they are ready to present their cuisine at Polygon, where they will serve small plates, cocktails, craft beer and biodynamic wines along with excellent atmosphere and service.
So join them on Thurs 27 Aug for an evening of relaxed dining, music, and of course, delicious food.
