Hastings Fat Tuesday will be returning for its sixth year this February and is set to be bigger and better than before. As the UK’s largest Mardi Gras festival, Hastings Fat Tuesday will bring the carnival atmosphere to the south.
Creators Bob Tipler and Adam Daly chose Hastings due to its varied and developed music scene and since 2009, they have experienced success with Fat Tuesday. The festival promises to be a colourful event, taking place from the 13th – 17th Feb 2015. Hastings Fat Tuesday houses national and international artists both signed and unsigned. The diverse festival has events for both young and old and is sure to be exciting for all involved.
A new event for 2015 in ‘Un-conventional Hastings’ a two-day music industry seminar and trade fair complete with a masterclass led by Skunk Anansie guitarist Ace; Off Axis, an unsigned band showcase featuring artists from all over the UK; and Sonic Sunday, dedicated to experimental electronic music.
