Lover of feasting on hotdogs and cider on a warm summers day? Brighton’s very first HotDog and Cider Festival comes to Brighton’s very own Central Park, The Level this July allowing you to devour until you have a food baby, and drink until you can no more.
Descending across The Level on Fri 6 – Sat 7 July, this independently run festival will see 8,000 hotdog and cider lovers across the two days, flocking to try the 1,000 different style hotdogs and 100 different brewed ciders on offer.
Offering an array of hotdogs, and sausage inspired delights, as well as local butchers, bakeries and condiment companies dispersing throughout the weekend. The traders will gather to showcase their speciality recipes, and techniques on preparation to create this revolutionary food. All delights will be freshly prepared over the weekend, to satisfy your tastebuds with tastes from across the world.
For the cider connoisseurs among us, there will be a huge bar dedicated to the sweet tasting adults ‘apple juice’. Featuring a wide range of locally sourced cider brews, as well as to celebrate the small producers of cider across the country, near and far.
Priding itself as a family event, with a wide range of entertainment, including live performances and tribute artists coming together to celebrate the first HotDog and Cider Festival.
