How To Attract The Best Staff
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on Pinterest

There is a lot of competition in the business world to attract and retain the most skilled staff. A team of dedicated employees is the reason for the success of most established businesses. For that reason, it is important for companies to focus on their recruitment efforts and find ways to attract the best staff for their business.

According to the infographic by 4imprint.co.uk, an eco friendly ethos is what employees are looking for. This means sustainable business practices are highly sought-after by job seekers across all industries. The research also found that employees want to feel valued in the workplace. 43.5% of UK employees surveyed feel that a work/life balance is more important than a big salary. Employees value perks such as flexible working hours and the option to work from home, and 33% of employees feel that having a bonus scheme improves satisfaction and morale in the workplace. Businesses can use these techniques to help attract and retain the best quality staff.
