A free party charity fundraiser, called It’s Not Your Fault, is coming to The Devils Disco on Sat 20 June. It’s aiming to increase awareness of the UK’s growing homeless situation, and raise funds to support the great work Brighton In Need are doing to help rough sleepers in the city.
All proceeds from bucket donations and door take will be given to Brighton In Need helping rough sleepers on the streets of Brighton and surrounding areas.
T’s a fancy dress affair, so don your best festival apparel and support a great cause. Everyone is encouraged to express their true festival self and dance like no one’s watching. There will be a £5 mandatory donation on the door for all those not in fancy dress! And to make the most of our beautiful outfits, it’s starting at 18:00!
A range of very special guest DJs will be wowing the crowd with some warm deep melodic progressive tech house and techno. There’s also promise of some early 90’s acid house, and a sprinkling of US garage early on , so wear your dancing shoes.
For anyone that cannot attend the event but would still like to show support, you can do so via the Come Home Brighton Amazon Wish List. Here you can select loving items to be delivered to the address provided. Once the items are received they will be hand delivered to rough sleepers by Brighton In Need and their volunteers.
