Sea Life Brighton is set to be transformed with the global debut of its interactive attraction Jurassic Seas – opening this February half-term. Aquatic dinosaurs and ancient creatures will descend on the aquarium with state-of-the-art technology tanks providing the opportunity to get up close and personal with them.

Using cutting edge motion sensor technology, visitors will be invited to feed the deadly Plesiosaurus, test the patience of the beastly Liopluradon and examine the lethal teeth of the mighty Megalodon.

This world-first installation features:

Nine interactive activities with the digital aquatic dinosaurs
Real-life Jurassic creatures including the Nautilus and Cuttlefish
Themed activities such as Dino Twister and Design a Dino
The opportunity to unearth real fossils from the Jurassic period

A must-visit installation for young and old alike, and the perfect half-term entertainment, Jurassic Seas will be unlike any other experience that Sea Life Brighton has ever offered. Combining a plethora of visual wonders, exciting activities and enthralling educational opportunities with the latest technology and a voyage into history, Jurassic Seas will be an unmissable adventure.

Commenting on the new Jurassic Seas installation, Sea Life Brighton manager Max Leviston said: “We are thrilled to be the first aquarium in the world to host Jurassic Seas – and we are certain that visitors will share our enthusiasm as soon as they step foot in the installation!

“Jurassic Seas will give visitors the chance to explore the seas, from their history thousands of years ago through to today. With so much to see, hear, touch and do, there truly is something to entertain and excite visitors of all ages and interests – we look forward to welcoming visitors from far and wide to Jurassic Seas at Sea Life Brighton this February!”

Highlights include feeding demonstrations throughout the day, an interactive rock pool and the fantastic 360 degree Ocean Tunnel.

Sea Life Brighton also offers visitors the opportunity to experience the marine world from the unique perspective of a glass-bottomed boat – the first aquarium in the UK to do so.
