Once again August Bank Holiday brought another Mod invasion to the Brighton & Hove seafront. From all over the country, scooter fans and style icons of all ages rode down to the spiritual home of the weekender. Now more a celebration of 60s culture, rather than a chance to chase unwary rockers up and down the beach, it’s become a welcome fixture on the south coast summer calendar.
