Theatre Royal Brighton will be hosting a brand new production of iconic musical Saturday Night Fever from Tues 3rd – Sat 7th March.

Set in 1976 New York, Fever follows Tony Manero, a young man from Brooklyn uninspired by his job whose one ambition is to become disco king. After meeting Stephanie on the dance floor, the two dream of a world beyond Brooklyn and decide to train together for a dance competition, changing their lives forever.

Manero will be played by Danny Bayne who made his West End debut as Danny Zuko from ‘Grease’ after winning ITV’s ‘Grease is the Word.’ He returns to the role of Manero after touring the US in Saturday Night Fever. Naomi Slights will play the role to Stephanie, having previously starred in ‘Mamma Mia!’ on the West End and ‘Thank You For The Music’ in Hyde Park. Slights previously played Stephanie at Frankfurt’s English Theatre.

Choreographed by the award-winning Andrew Wright, directed by Ryan McBryde (Billy Elliot on West End, Hamlet! The Musical for Northampton’s Royal) and featuring Bee Gees classics such as ‘Stayin’ Alive’, ‘Night Fever’ and ‘How Deep is Your Love’, Saturday Night Fever is sure to be another exciting production for Theatre Royal Brighton.

Saturday Night Fever will be showing at Theatre Royal Brighton at the following dates and times:

Tue – Thu & Sat eves 7.30pm

Wed & Sat mats 2.30pm

Fri 5pm & 8.30pm
