Sea Life Brighton’s 2017 Calendar arrives with a splash! The sea-side attraction is the oldest operating aquarium in the world, as well as being one of the south coasts most beloved places to visit. It hosts 3,500 creatures including Sharks, Turtles, Stingrays and an Anaconda. There are a host of adventures and exciting activities for all ages lined up over the coming year.
On 11 Feb – 5 Mar, visitors will be able to experience Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s brilliant children’s book ‘The Snail and the Whale’ like never before. Families will be able to put on their snail hats as they follow the story around the aquarium, through an amazing underwater world. A great half term trip!
Further down the year in April, a brand new, thrilling, but currently top secret, new attraction will be unveiled. The aquarium is sure it will become a family favourite in no time!
The fun does not end there, the aquarium will also be hosting interactive events across school holidays throughout the year, giving youngsters great entertainment. Whilst there is plenty of new exciting events, the old favourites are not going anywhere either. Highlights being the 360-degree ocean tunnel, feeding demonstrations and the interactive rock pool. A raft of exciting activities also takes place instore, including the ever-popular Pop Badge swaps.
