A new, premier studio to practise yoga is coming to Brighton this week.

Space Yoga Studio, in St Augustine’s Church in Stanford Avenue (near Preston Park) opens Mon 12 March with a whole week of free classes to celebrate its launch.

Yogis from beginners to advanced can try out a range of classes, from hatha and ashtanga to vinyasa and yogasana for the week for free – before standard fees kick in from the 19 March.

After that, walk in fees for classes will be £13, while yogis can save money by paying for classes in bulk, with a five class pass costing £60 and a ten class pass costing £100.

Membership options are also available, with £70 covering unlimited classes over the month, plus three guest passes and 10% discount on workshops.

Alternatively, those still unsure after the week can try a trial month costing £30.

Set in a stunning renovated church dedicated to wellbeing and the arts, the studio is a nurturing and sacred space where yogis can connect through an eclectic range of yoga and meditation classes among likeminded people.

Set in immaculate surroundings, and perfectly located on the edge of Brighton city centre next to Preston Park, the team behind the studio have gathered the finest teachers – many with more than a decade’s experience of yoga – and are aiming to build a joyful community of yogis.

In the warm, contemporary and serene atmosphere of their brand new space, and as a passionate pair of yoga teachers themselves, Space Yoga Studio has created what they feel is the perfect yoga studio.
