Brighton club night Stick It On is broadcasting a live fundraiser this Saturday (27th June) with all proceeds going towards the #saveourvenues campaign.
After joining the national campaign, the DJ entertainment service hopes to help raise the funds required to ensure the city’s loved local venues reopen when society starts to return to normality.
The live stream will begin at 8PM with a selection of Stick It On DJs who will pick three of their favourite tracks to play for the audience.
Viewers are invited to participate on the night via the Stick It On App (available on Apple and Android), with names selected to play your chosen track.
You take centre stage (at home) beamed to the world as you sing and dance about like no one is watching.
The broadcast will be available on Facebook, Periscope, Mixcloud and Twitch – follow their Facebook page and their event page for regular updates and where to find the live stream links.

Numerous venues across Brighton & Hove will benefit from the campaign including Komedia, Green Door Store, The Hope and Ruin, The Prince Albert, Latest Music Bar, The Old Market, The Brunswick and The Pipeline.
This will be the first time Stick It On have broadcasted their night live on the Internet, hoping to provide a platform for lovers of music to deep dig and show their appreciation for Brighton’s distinctive live music scene.
After almost 20 years of action, Stick It On hopes to give back to the community that has provided stages for the DJ service for many nights of music.
Stick It On advise to make sure you mention a particular venue you would like to support when you donate or to write ‘Brighton & Hove venues’ to ensure your money goes to the right area.
If you would like to get involved in playing a virtual DJ set on the night please contact rob@stickiton.org.uk.
Save Our Local Venues – A Stick It On Fundraiser starts at 8pm on Sat 28 June via live stream.
