The 2nd annual Brighton Bartenders AssociationAwards celebration returns to Brighton this weekend. Sponsored by Bacardi!, the event comes top Proud Cabaret on Sun 11 Sept and is set to be the biggest night of the year for the local hospitality industry. Hosted this year by the incredible bar team at Proud Brighton the awards will be a night of cocktails, prizes and an unforgettable party, as the Brighton Bartenders Association awards commend the best and boldest working in the area!
This year the awards are set to be bigger and better than before, with over 250 key industry members from across the city attend the ceremony and the illustrious after party which will see DJs Sandór and Cherry Make Well laying down the soundtrack for the evening!!
There’s 20 categories to be won, including Best Bartender (Male and Female), Best Bar, Best Pub and outstanding achievement in the industry, all being presented by last years’ winners as well as a select group of industry VIPs.
The Brighton Bartenders Association has now been running for six years, and has over 5,000 members. Which makes it one of the largest and fastest growing associations of its kind in the UK. The BNBA is a community of industry members from a huge range of venues across Brighton. Increasingly the association serves as an invaluable tool in posting and searching for job opportunities in Brighton. It’s also a great way to organise tasting and training sessions for brands, likes the ‘Think Outside the Box’ session with Bacardi and Jack Daniels at Be at One and the recent BEAT training with Pernod Ricard at Merkaba, MyBrighton, as well as promoting competitions like the incredible Bacardi Legacia!
