Topman stores in major cities across the UK are playing host to an exciting line-up of specially curated music events this month. From 12pm on Tue 17 Mar, visitors to Brighton’s Topman store will be able to retrieve a wristband, which offer free and exclusive access to any of the scheduled Topman 24 events throughout the day.
The store will be hosting Djs, a live radio broadcast, t-shirt printing, a photo-booth and the chance for 24 customers to win their shopping. The jam-packed Topman 24 event spreads to The Hope & Ruin at 3pm, with ‘Play & Tell’. This involves specially selected artists, including XFM DJ John Kennedy, spoken word artist Luke Wright and Resident Records founder Derry Watkins, discussing the music that matters to them, all kept in order by Juice FM’s Tony Marks. At 5pm comes Nick Grimshaw’s ‘Grimmy’s Pub Quiz’, a fun-filled game to test your musical knowledge and some great prizes in return.
The party picks up at The Haunt at 7pm, with Topman 24’s exclusive party. Featuring an array of emerging and established live acts and DJs the evening sees an appearance from indie rockers Spector (above), with support from Superfood, Fickle Friends and Fono Shimster.
if that wasn’t enough Topman will then be laying on a complimentary ‘hangover breakfast’ the following morning to line the stomachs of all the more exuberant revellers.
Topman 24 comes to Topman Brighton in Churchill Square, on Tue 17 – Wed 18 Mar 2015.
