Looking for a relaxing and enriching getaway? Here is a list of some yoga retreats in Brighton and Europe for you to consider this spring season.

Day Yoga & Hypnotherapy Retreat:

Date: April 11th 
Location: Six Yoga Studio, Brighton.

This retreat will include indulgent meditation with soothing release work through guided breath and intention using the power of hypnotherapy. The day will begin at 10am and finish at 5:30pm and includes two sessions of dream restorative yoga. Gentle movement that reflects the unfolding of spring. Enabling your physical and emotional self to reset and invite unconditional peace into your life. The art of ritual will also be taught, and each person will create their own natural awakening body scrub to take home and implement into a self- care routine. Day Yoga retreat

Date:May 3rd
Location: Barcombe Eco Village Hall.

Spend the day in the beautiful Sussex countryside, and immerse yourself in a full day of yoga, meditation and relaxation at the peaceful Barcombe Eco Village Hall. Explore a variety of yoga styles, meditation and relaxation practices, and delve into the philosophy of yoga. Gain a sense of how yoga practice can be taken off the mat and have a positive effect on our busy daily lives. With two teachers and a maximum of 14 participants, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, develop your understanding of postures, and receive hands on advice and adjustments. Strength and Surrender Yoga Workshop.

Date:April 18th
Location:The Float Spa Hove.

Focusing on the shoulders and neck, this workshop will entice you to explore new ways of using mobility and strength in your practice in order to harness movement efficiency and longevity. You will explore; passive and active ranges of movement to create more ease, flexibility, mobility and strength. By challenging traditional alignment and honing in on range of motion you will look at familiar yoga shapes to help you build and maintain a practice that is individual, challenging and joyful. This workshop is suitable for active bodies and those who wish to explore ways to uncover subtle and accessible ways to harness self-care and down regulate the nervous system. 3-day Spa and Yoga retreat

Date:12-14th May
Location: Ockenden Spa, West Sussex.
